2023 State of the City with Mayor Tim DeGeeter and Dick Russ

Parma Mayor Tim DeGeeter’s State of the City address was in front of a live audience this year. The presentation was an interview with local award-winning broadcaster Dick Russ, who asked the mayor questions about the local economy, infrastructure projects, safety services and other areas of city business.
