Free State of Ohio Check-in Service
The Ohio Department of Aging created Staying Connected Check-in Service. Staying Connected provides a free daily check-in by phone for Ohioans age 60 and older. This service provides comfort and can connect seniors with aging network information and support. It is easy to get started. Visit Stay Connected.

Erin Lally oversees numerous services and value-added programming for older adults at the Donna Smallwood Activities Center. She is skilled at building strong relationships with community partners such as Cuyahoga County Public Library, University Hospital Parma Medical Center, Cuyahoga Community College, Cleveland Metroparks, as well as local schools, churches, realtors, civic groups and business leaders.
Lally served as assistant to Parma Heights Mayor Mike Byrne for 10 years. Earlier in her career, she was twice elected to the Ohio House of Representatives, where she served as minority whip and with former Parma Mayor Dean DePiero. She was also a member of multiple committees, including the Finance Committee and Health and Family Services Committee.
Married for 24 years, she and her husband Francis, a captain with the Cleveland Fire Department, have five children, ages 22 to 16.
