Senior Center

Donna Smallwood Activities Center is closed during the COVID- 19 pandemic. The senior center, however, will continue to deliver meals to senior citizen residents who are already registered in the meal program.

Ohio Department of Aging Staying Connected Check-in Service:
free for all Ohio residents age 60 and older

Programs for Older Adults

Parma area residents who are 55 and older are invited to participate in the City of Parma's vast array of programs, services, and activities. 

The City's multi-purpose Smallwood Center offers daily activities Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Persons 60 and older are given priority nutrition lunch and transportation programs.

Ms. Mason is responsible for the Smallwood Center and numerous offerings that facility provides to area residents.

Prior to being appointed a director, she worked for Cox Cable handling community service, television production and programming.

A devoted Parma civic activist, Ms. Mason serves on numerous boards and committees.
